FnG Quantum Bot ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application (the "App") — a trade-journal and educational tracking tool for retail self-directed investors. The App is not a financial advisory service.
When your account is created we collect:
We collect anonymised in-app activity to improve the educational experience — e.g. which trades you opened, how long you spent on a screen, which bot-signal panels you visited, and when you last opened the App. This data powers the per-user dashboard, re-engagement reminders, and product improvement. It is never sold to third parties.
We collect push notification tokens to send trade alerts and updates, plus crash/hang telemetry that helps us fix bugs faster. We do not collect device identifiers beyond what is necessary for these two purposes.

Your data is stored securely using encrypted databases. Authentication credentials are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt encryption. Sessions are protected with JWT-style bearer tokens. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

In either case, only your subscription status and plan key are stored against your account. We do not store payment-card data of any kind.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data including portfolio entries, journal notes, watchlist items, position history, chat messages, and activity logs is permanently deleted within 30 days. Aggregate, fully-anonymised business metrics (e.g. "number of monthly subscribers in 2026") may be retained for accounting purposes.
The App is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
We send push notifications for trade alerts, target hits, stop loss triggers, broadcasts, 1:1 messages from the admin, and subscription reminders. Each category can be individually muted in Settings → Notifications inside the App, and you can disable all notifications via your device settings at any time.
If you enable biometric login (Face ID / fingerprint), your biometric data is processed entirely on your device by the operating system. We never receive, store, or transmit biometric data. Biometric authentication is optional and can be disabled at any time.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Material changes will also be announced via an in-app broadcast.
