By downloading, installing, or using FnG Quantum Bot (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
FnG Quantum Bot is an educational trade-journal and tracking application for self-directed retail investors. It provides:
The App is designed for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or regulated advice of any kind.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Access to the App requires an active subscription. We offer three retail plans:
Prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. A "Lifetime" plan exists only as an admin-managed grant and cannot be purchased through the App.
Where the App is downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, your subscription is processed as an in-app purchase through Apple or Google. In that case Apple's or Google's purchase-terms also apply, and renewals, refunds, and cancellations are managed inside your device's Apple ID / Google account — not through us. For accounts provisioned and billed outside the stores (legacy or admin-managed), invoices are issued by email and renewal is managed manually.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the start of the next billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends (where billing runs through Apple/Google). For directly-invoiced accounts, you may choose not to renew at any time before the next invoice is issued. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's, Google's, or our own discretionary refund policy as relevant.
THE APP DOES NOT PROVIDE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, TAX, OR ANY OTHER PROFESSIONAL ADVICE. All trade content, signal panels, market updates, broadcasts, and analytics inside the App are educational illustrations only. They reflect the personal experiments and educational research of the App's operators and must not be relied upon as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, currency, commodity, or crypto-asset.
You should always conduct your own research, exercise your own independent judgment, and consult with appropriately qualified, regulated professionals before making any investment, trading, tax, or legal decision.
Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or returns. Any investment decisions you make are solely your own responsibility, and any losses are solely yours to bear.
"Bot Signals" panels (Gold / BTC / SPX) display the historical results of an internal algorithmic experiment. They are not a live advisory service. There is no warranty, implied or otherwise, that the algorithm's past behaviour will repeat in the future.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, trade analysis, signal panels, position-history visualisations, and software, are the exclusive property of FnG Quantum Bot and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
You agree not to:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FNG QUANTUM BOT AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR YOUR CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION TERM.
You may delete your account at any time through the Profile settings in the App. Upon deletion, all your personal data, portfolio entries, journal notes, chat messages, position-history records, and preferences will be permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone. Deletion of your account does not automatically cancel an active Apple/Google subscription — you must also cancel via your device's subscription management page to stop future renewals.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App and update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
