Delete Your FnG Quantum Bot Account

This page explains how to delete your FnG Quantum Bot account and the data associated with it. You have two equivalent options — choose whichever is easier.

Option A — In-app (fastest, takes under 30 seconds)

1. Open the FnG Quantum Bot app on your phone.
2. Sign in with your email and password.
3. Tap the Profile / Settings tab (gear icon, bottom right).
4. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete My Account".
5. Confirm the action in the pop-up dialog. Your account and all associated data will be removed immediately.

Option B — By email (if you can no longer access the app)

1. Send an email from the email address you used to register, to: rushiparikh@gmail.com
2. Use the subject line: "Delete My Account".
3. In the body, include your registered email address and, if possible, your full name.
4. We will delete your account and confirm via email within 7 working days.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, the following are permanently and irrevocably removed from our systems:

• Your profile details (name, email, WhatsApp number, Telegram username)
• Your encrypted password hash
• All portfolio entries you have added
• All trade-journal notes you have written
• Your watchlist tickers and preferences
• Your push-notification token and notification history
• Any biometric-unlock settings and device session records
• Hang/crash telemetry associated with your account

What data, if any, is retained — and why

We do not retain any personal data after account deletion. There is no legal, tax, or accounting obligation that requires us to keep your data (subscriptions are handled outside the app and invoices are issued directly to you by email).

Encrypted database backups are rotated automatically and any residual record of your account is purged within 30 days of your deletion request. No human can access these backups during that window.

This action cannot be undone

Once deletion is confirmed, your data cannot be restored. If you change your mind later, you are welcome to sign up again — but your previous trades, notes, and settings will no longer exist.
